Black Pepper Cauliflower
It's super quick and easy! Very low calories!
What do you need?
Cauliflower, salad oil, salt, black pepper, water
How to make it?
1. Cut 1/2 cauliflower into bite sized bits.
2. Add one tablespoon of salad oil to the frying pan, and heat on high temperature for 30 seconds.
3. Add cauliflower into the pan. Mix throughly with the heated oil. Then, reduce the heat to medium high.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of water, and cover the pan with a lid. Let cook for 4-5 minutes. Mix from time to time.
5. Add salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Remove from the heat. Serve immediately.

Cook until the surface of each piece of cauliflower turns golden brown.
Vegetable Dip Sauce
What do you need?
Mayonnaise, pesto, sour cream
How to make it?
Combine 1 tablespoon of each ingredient. Or, any amount of all 3 kinds of ingredients in the ratio of 1:1:1.

This sauce is perfect for most common fresh vegetables, such as carrot, celery, cucumber, and broccoli. It's also great for sandwiches.
Basil Turkey Sandwich
Fresh basil leaves with turkey breast meat, and a little horseradish create great aroma. Because of the horseradish, it never feels too heavy.
What do you need?
Bread, turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, fresh basil leaves, mayonnaise, horseradish
How to make it?
1. Lightly toast the two slices of bread.
2. Places the ingredients between the two slices of the bread in order: lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato, turkey breast, fresh basil leaves, horseradish, lettuce.
3. Immediately serve. Best with some green vegetables on the side.

Most of the turkey breast in the grocery store will work, but the honey roasted turkey breast is the best for this sandwich. Place one full layer of fresh basil leaves. Use 2 teaspoons of horseradish. Oatmeal bread or butter white bread makes this sandwich perfect.
